As a [member of x community of faith, [formerly] homeless person, etc.], I have had a longstanding concern about the indigent dead buried on Potters Field. I applaud the work of Picture the Homeless and Interfaith Friends of Potters Field to memorialize and restore dignity to the buried, but after several tries I have not been able to pay my respects to the dead because the list fills so quickly.

I believe that there are more people who wish to pay their respects and say their final goodbyes to the dead than are currently allowed by the Department of Correction. I respectfully request that you allow Picture the Homeless and Interfaith Friends of Potters Field to increase the frequency of the services on Potters Field and/ or allow for more attendees. I appreciate your time and consideration.
