Tuesday, February 9, morning PTH's Civil Rights Campaign has repeatedly contacted New York State Attorney General ("Top Cop") Andrew Cuomo, asking the likely candidate for governor to clarify his position on the constitutionality of the Disorderly Conduct statute and evidence of its arbitrary and discriminatory enforcement. Homeless New Yorkers and our civil rights allies will take our request for a meeting directly to Cuomo's Manhattan office -- and there will be ways to participate even if you can't attend in-person -- Stay tuned, and Get in touch! brandon@picturethehomeless.org
