Then join PTH leaders in writing our newsletter that will tell your story through your own voice. In this session we will be implementing the ideas, topics and designs for the newsletter we came up with last week.
Tuesday, 12/13: Healing From Violence & Natural Remedies Workshop@ 6:00-8:00pm
We all have gone through a lot this year, and before we take a step into the New Year let's reflect on where we have been and where we are headed. Join PTH for our healing from violence workshop where through community space and healing we will share some difficult times as well as some positive experiences. In the second half of the work we will be making natural remedies like basic yoga/ meditation, mini facials, stress balls and bath salts.

Join PTH for training on how to effectively present yourself and your story to the media. In this workshop we will also be focusing on the skills to keep your audience’s attention on you during a public presentation.

The Homeless Organizing Academy isa series of FREE weekly trainings, open to all homeless and formerly-homeless people, designed for them to get the skills and experience they'll need to fight for justice—and pursue employment as community organizers!
